Information for stay

Our reception opens between 9:00 am to 21:00 pm. The check-in time is between 15:00 pm to 21:00 pm.
If you cannot arrive before 21:00, we will leave an instruction letter to assist you for self check-in.

Check-out - 11:00

We can keep your luggage from 9:00 am, so please enjoy traveling before C/I and after C/O.
There is no curfew. We give you the password to open the lock of our entrance.

Room Introduction

DELUXE ROOM

This room is located on the first floor (16 square meter), so you can enjoy the atmosphere of Kyoto in a peaceful setting. Recommended for babies and the elderly. Shigaraki-ware family bath is also available for free.

Capacity: 1 - 3 pax
Room charge:
1 - 2 pax　13,000 yen /room (VAT incl.)
3 pax　15,000円 yen /room (VAT incl.)

The rooms have wooden floors. You will sleep with Japanese style bedding on a thick mattress.
"Accommodation TAX", 200 yen/night/person will be charged additionally.(From March 1, 2026, if the room charge is over 6,000 yen/preson, this tax will be 400 yen.)
Bathrooms and lavatories are all shared. (On the 1st floor)
All room is with an air-conditioner and fan.
All room is non-smoking.

TWIN ROOM

You will sleep on a single futon in a TATAMI Japanese-style room. Please relax in this spacious room (12 square meter). Shigaraki-ware family bath is also available for free.

Capacity: 1 - 2 pax
Room charge:
1 - 2 pax　11,000 yen /room (VAT incl.)

Please note that all rooms are located on the 2nd floor and require a steep flight of stairs. Also the toilet and bath are only on the 1st floor. We recommend the Deluxe for babies and the elderly.

A purely Japanese-style garden can be enjoyed by everyone on the shared porch.

We also have a cafe at the Free Salon on an irregular basis.

The entrance faces Marutamachi Street.

Karakami sliding door. Good old-fashioned things are everywhere in the house.

There are antiques that have been carefully preserved by the old homeowners

Two shower rooms and two washrooms are available 24 hours a day.

There is also a spacious restroom.
